Applicable taxes are due at time of purchase. Subsequent Annual Renewal License Fee is required to keep software active. You must complete the 3-day class to be eligible for a refund or to receive Tech Support. Onsite classes are available at a higher fee, with travel and shipping separately charged. Tech Support & Consulting Service hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, except on company holidays when they are unavailable. Tech Support & Consulting outside the Standard Hours are charged at higher rates. Tech Support hours are not cumulative year to year.
